Having searched relentlessly for a suitable car, a fair few banged up motors, and dodgey dealers later, I almost gave up hope until I came across SHoC's advertisement. I called straight away, I felt comfortable with the dealer almost immediately. He was very polite, honest, and helpful. When going to view and collect the car, he was kind enough to pick me up from the train station. He answered all my questions and we took the car for a test drive. The car was exactly as described, in fact, even better than I had hoped. I’ve dealt with many car dealers over the years and had various experiences from extremely poor to quite good service, but even after I spoke to the dealer on the phone I felt confident that I was dealing with a genuine company and there is very few of them around nowadays. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy the car and most dealers have their sales tactics and usually when buying a car you have mixed feelings like did I do the right thing and have I bought the right car from the right dealer, but on driving home I felt I had dealt with the right company and I felt I had made the right choice. My experience with Surrey house of cars was amazing. I live in Scotland and got the car delivered to me, I was worried about there being issues or the car not turning up but I just got the car and everything is perfect. When I asked for photos, videos and the service documents I got them within minutes. The car has been serviced, bought, cleaned and delivered in a week and the over all experience was amazing the customer service was 10/10

Jay was a pleasure to work with, I was searching for a first car and came across many questionable deals and dealers, so finding Jay was a breath of fresh air. He truly takes pride in offering an excellent and honest service, regardless of budget, from the first call to all following communication, he was prompt, kind, and accommodating. Jay treated me with respect and took the time and care to explain all info with all paperwork to hand.
The ad was posted on autotrader as soon as the car came in, I called the next morning 12.02.25 to reserve with a deposit and was told the car would be available to view from 15.02.25, I arrived on 16.02.25, took it for a test drive, went through all paperwork in under 15mins, and drove it home without issue. I took the wrong exit a few times so my one hour journey became two hours but it was a fun and smooth drive nevertheless!
I needed an affordable Fiesta and I’m so glad to have found one at Surrey House Of Cars. This is the only place that I fully trust and would highly recommend, and I’m looking forward to returning when the time comes for an upgrade.

His service was without doubt the best service I've received when purchasing a car.. from picking me up at the train station, inspection and test drive, making sure there was enough screen wash, putting some petrol in the car as there was hardly anything, valeting the car while doing the paperwork and a cold bottle of water was much appreciated. I left with a car I was very happy with at a competitive price and felt very well looked after. Would highly recommend and would certainly buy from again.
